Instruction
1. This e-voucher entitles the holder to redeem for consumption and/or products, amounting to the value printed on the front page of the e-voucher, at selected brands and its outlets of Maxim’s Caterers Limited (“Maxim’s”) in Hong Kong Special Administrative Region on or before the expiry date shown.
2. This e-voucher cannot be used for order or purchase by telephone, mobile apps, online ordering or with delivery service.
3. This e-voucher cannot be used to purchase any gift certificate.
4. This e-voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or cash coupons, no change will be given in cash or any other form for redemption of this e-voucher.
5. This e-voucher must be presented before payment, will become void after redemption and can be redeemed once only.
6. Photocopy and screen capture photo of this e-voucher is invalid (Please DO NOT print this e-voucher for redemption, photocopy is NOT accepted).
7. If this e-voucher has expired, is lost or damaged, it will not be replaced and will be invalid.
8. This e-voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or promotional offers (including but not limited to credit card offer, staff discount, takeaway discount or offer, net price for products or set meal, offer or discount coupon of CVS platform, discount or offer offered by yuu or EATIZEN).
9. No member points will be awarded for the transaction applying this e-voucher.
10. This e-voucher cannot be used to activate or reload Starbucks Card and Octopus Card.
11. This e-voucher cannot be used at any “We Proudly Serve Starbucks” counters in Hong Kong.
12. This e-voucher is not allowed for resale by any means and cannot be used for any commercial or promotional purposes without the prior written approval of Maxim’s.
13. Maxim’s reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of this e-voucher without notice. RewardBuy Merchant Platform and Maxim’s reserve the right of the final decision in case of any dispute.
14. The Chinese version of the terms and conditions of this e-voucher prevails if any discrepancy exists between the Chinese and English versions.
