Terms & Conditions

1. The prices and discounts of all products are based on the information currently displayed on this website.

2. All goods are denominated in Hong Kong dollars.

3. After the payment is completed, each order record has a QR code for pickup (referred to as ""pickup code""). Guests must present the order pick-up code when redeeming the product. Print copies and screenshots are not accepted.

4. Each pickup code can only be used once, and is invalid after the expiry date (valid date is within three days from the date of pickup).

5. The user needs to select the location of the pickup branch, which cannot be changed once selected.

6. If the shop (Kings Gourmet, the same below) cannot provide any goods or services on your order, you will be notified by phone or email to arrange a refund on or before the requested pickup date. This store needs to check whether your rationale for returning the product is sufficient, and reserves the right to refuse any application for return of goods.

7. When you receive the goods, you must check whether the ordered goods are damaged. If you find that the product is damaged (not including deliberate damage), please inform the customer service department of this store within 7 days from the date of pickup to arrange for replacement.

8. Except for the refunds or returns listed in items 6 and 7 above, the store and the website do not assume any responsibility on any risks or damages occurred by carrying out transactions through this website.

9. If any disputes arise due to refund or return of goods, the store reserves the right to make the final decision.

10. If the store fails to provide exactly what you need due to force majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters, fires, floods, accidents, riots, wars, government policies, strikes or any circumstances beyond the control of the store) This store will not bear any responsibility or compensation for goods or services.

11. The store reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at its absolute discretion.

12. In case of any disputes, the store reserves the right of final decision.
