1. Each order record has a code for pickup (referred to as "pickup code"). Guests must present the order pick-up code when redeeming the product. Print copies and screenshots are not accepted.
2. Each pickup code can only be used once, and is invalid after the expiry date (valid date is within 14 days from the date of pickup).
3. The user needs to select the location of the pickup branch, which cannot be changed once selected.
4. If customers can't pick up the order before deadline, the order will automatically be cancelled and no refund will be made.
5. If the shop cannot provide any goods or services on your order, you will be notified by phone or email to arrange a refund or exchange on or before the requested pickup date. This store needs to check whether your rationale for returning the product is sufficient, and reserves the right to refuse any application for return of goods.
6. If any disputes arise due to refund or return of goods, the store reserves the right to make the final decision.
7. If the store fails to provide exactly what you need due to force majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters, fires, floods, accidents, riots, wars, government policies, strikes or any circumstances beyond the control of the store) This store will not bear any responsibility or compensation for goods or services.
8. The store reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at its absolute discretion.
9. In case of any disputes, the store reserves the right of final decision.
